1.1 These explanations apply to all web sites and domains operated by iNOSOL. If they contain links to other providers, the linked sites are not subject to iNOSOL’s control. Our data protection explanations therefore do not apply to the linked sites.

2.1 Personal data is individual information and facts about you or your status. The personal data provided by you will only be used for the correct handling and improvement of current and/or future business relations (order, request for documents, applications, etc.). This data will not be sold or given to third parties without your prior consent (for exceptions see Item 4). Currently, Inosol does not operate a contact form. In this respect, no personal data are collected directly.
2.2 The use of our website and the associated domains (see imprint) is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on our side personal data should be collected, this is done, as far as we can, only on a voluntary basis. The sensitive data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. The sending of not expressly requested advertising and information materials through the use of the contact details, which are revealed in the fulfillment of the imprint obligation, is hereby expressly contradicted. 3.1 Non-personal data is data about use of the web site and related services, which cannot be attributed to a specific person. Any access to our website and any retrieval of a file deposited on this website will be recorded. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.

4.1 Perhaps Inosol works together with other companies or sales partners, in order to offer its customers the best products. In this case, both personal and non-personal data necessary for effective cooperation will be passed on. If such data is passed on, Inosol will oblige the third party companies to handle the data received with absolute confidentially and to only use it for the purpose specified by the respective contractual relationship, if they occur in the future.

6. Privacy Policy for the use of Google Analytics
6.1 Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” for this web analytics service.
