coupling elements and coupling units

Coupling elements 200 bar

FLUID CONNECTORS

Screw-In COUPLING ELEMENTS:
MECHANISM / NIPPLE, ND 6/10 UP TO 200 BAR

These coupling elements have a larger nominal width and are absolutely vacuum-resistant. The couplers are interchangeable to size 3 and 8.

  • Compatible with nominal width 3 and 8
  • Vacuum- under pressure and pressureless coupling
  • 82% coarse vacuum
  • Suitable for fluids and gases
  • With regard to the installation contour, maximum possible volume flow can be achieved
Fluid Connectors 200 bar

FLUID CONNECTORS

COUPLING ELEMENTS:
MECHANISM / NIPPLE, ND 3/5/8 UP TO 350 BAR

These coupling elements can only be mechanically coupled and are used to transfer liquid and gaseous media.

  • Pressurized and depressurized connectable
  • Suitable for fluids and gases
  • Functional parts: high strength stainless steel
  • Mounting into individual contour
  • Flow optimized (real diameter)
  • Low pollution possibility
  • Simple mounting
Coupling Valve

Coupling Valves

Coupling Elements:
Male / Female, ND 5 / up to 300 bar

These coupling valves can also be used as non-return valves and serve as plate separating couplings for the transfer of liquid media.

  • Low size
  • Suitable as a plate separating coupling
  • Functional parts of stainless steel
  • Installation in individual mounting contour
  • Flow-optimized (real nominal diameter)
  • Also usable as Non-Return Valve
Manuelle Kupplungseinheit

Manual Coupling Unit

Single acting, max. 400 bar

The coupling unit is used when the fixture is manually
separated from the pressure generator.

This unit has to be operated exclusively single-acting.

Manual Coupling Unit

Manual Coupling Unit

Double acting, max. 400 bar

The coupling unit is used when the fixture is manually
separated from the pressure generator.

This unit has to be operated exclusively double-acting.

– Integrated safety elements
– Disconnection while keeping the system pressure
– Manifold mounting
– O-Ring and thread connection
